Compensation ranges differ a great deal if you are coming in from the outside versus promoted from within, this has caused some disparity. It is a complex product to sell, platform product with infinite use-cases.

Current Employee2.9Jan 9, 2025Just laid off 100 employees, sales has no vision, and hitting quota is next to impossible. Strategy changes every few weeks, very difficult to get traction on any motion that we pursue.

Quickbase is trying to get sold (it's no secret), but in 2023 they've repeatedly made cuts that hurt employees (and customers) in order to boost profits/cash.
