Just laid off 100 employees, sales has no vision, and hitting quota is next to impossible. Strategy changes every few weeks, very difficult to get traction on any motion that we pursue.

No SOP in place and wild west of selling with a hero sales mentality that banks on 1-2 deals a quarter closing. Honestly don't know how the company is still in business as they have less than 15% annual growth. They use two CRMs (Quickbase and Salesforce) so be prepared to spend a lot of time on admin and not selling. Out of 15 enterprise sellers less then 20% hit...Read More
