This position is excellent for someone wanting SDR experience. The company teaches you BDR best practices and is great for adaptable individuals who learn quickly. The bonus structure has changed over the years, and as of now August 2024, you're granted an additional taxable $250 if you achieve over quota for the month. Hitting 100% for the month gives you job security and a shot at making a higher salary at your annual review. The company provides weekly promotion training meetings held at lunch time. Professional development is a priority at this company, and promotions seem to happen every 6 months.

Terrible company. Management is very toxic. The compensation is abysmal and the turnover is massive.

Tbey had a realy great initial training. Your sucess is determined by the clients you have. You don't get any pay or commission, only a 250 dollar bonus for beating bith quotas. Turnover is fairly high and expected to make 120 to 150 cold calls a day averaging 12 to 15 an hour, so can be a lot of work.
