Ramp is an incredible company and product. They’re crushing the competition and making massive product improvements regularly. The problem becomes when the company is doing so well, but all the reps are fighting for their lives to hit unrealistic goals and have leaders who have never been in sales before at other companies. Ramp has the potential to be great, but the sales org is a mess. You’ll learn a lot, work a lot, and hopefully get dealt the right cards to hit quota. If you’re looking for a comfortable role, this isn’t it.

Best company I've worked for and feel grateful to be here. Incredible leadership at the C-Suite, and the broader level of talent at Ramp is truly something special. It is a demanding job, and if you want to be a part of it, know that it will require you to become invested in the role in a way you likely haven't before.
