Former Employee Sales Managers dating their superiors; managers getting fired two weeks after announcing pregnancy - then being disseminated amongst teams as a "mutual departure", top performers getting let go with flimsy reasoning. Phenomenal product and was sold on the culture at the start. After a year in the role, it was apparent that teams were actively trying to snake deals from other teams and best tactics and strategies were only disclosed once reps had used said strategies across the entire database (i.e. find out about the best tactics after they've already been exhausted on your lead list). Best pay in the industry for a BDR role, but opportunities to promote past ISR are extremely limited with several people in the ISR AE role having been in the role for 2-3 years.
