Overall, it was an enjoyable organization to work under. RealPage had their challenges but it had lots of good people, good products, and good upward mobility.

Lot of products and massive company. Easy to get lost in the shuffle. Company is in complete cost cutting mode and no sales tools to speak of outside of salesloft and salesforce. (no Navigator!)

Not a bad company. My managers truly cared about your development. Unfortunately the company as a whole wasn’t run properly. A new CEO came and made some wonderful changes in the implementation process.
