One of my favorite companies that I worked at. AMAZING leadership at all levels. Great internal support. Some folks are now lifetime friends. High quotas, however, evenly distributed and intense planning with management to help hit your number. Lots of internal meetings, but very little "busy work". Good culture however internal decisions are made by the US that affect Canada with very little thought on how it will impact the Canadian market. IBM appears to be bleeding into Red Hat.
