Quotas are hard but the leadership and culture across the sales team is unlike other sales organizations. The vision is clear and being on the journey with everyone is exciting. Innovation at product level doesn't match the quota demands but will get there eventually.

Incredible org to work for with a supportive team. Product market fit is very solid but comp plans and inbound lead flows leave some to be desired.

I did not have a good experience working at Redgate. The culture is talked about alot but frankly it isn't a good culture. Leadership doesn't have a good sales strategy and most reps continue to miss their targets. There are plenty of product issues and sales cycles are extremely long for very small deals. Great people across the org, sales culture is very supportive and positive, not cut throat. Teamwork is championed and the whole business is very willing to get involved and help win business.
