Incredible org to work for with a supportive team. Product market fit is very solid but comp plans and inbound lead flows leave some to be desired.

I did not have a good experience working at Redgate. The culture is talked about alot but frankly it isn't a good culture. Leadership doesn't have a good sales strategy and most reps continue to miss their targets. There are plenty of product issues and sales cycles are extremely long for very small deals. My overall experience is two fold, fantastic people, zero to minimal sales process structure or direction. First - People are a genuine pleasure to work with, but being a good person doesn't make you good at your job. Great leadership and product. When I was there the GTM motion was being defined and there's been much improvement to the sales process and compensation.
