Tough to give positive feedback here. Poor management and leadership. VP of sales is only the VP because he is 2 or 3 at the company, and the same story for the COO. There is little to no effective marketing to help drive awareness and education.

Product is good but customers can get equal results for cheaper. Sales leadership is shit, they’ll call you every name in the book with little coaching. Lead generation is horrible at best, BDR team is lazy, CSM’s don’t qualify expansion opps, partners don’t bring deals and leadership puts heavy focus there. The product is great. The BDR team leadership is flawed and creates a meatgrinder culture. You can get fired simply if they don't like you. Has happened my times.
