You will feel like you are in survival mode each day that you work there. Pretty good solution but your experience heavily depends on your AE and territory. Feels like a cult and you need to earn not only leaderships "respect" but also your peers "respect" to fit in, very toxic environment. Promotions are only determined if they "like" you.. even if you are performing. They feed in to the idea of having "tension" with your AE when it does not have to be like that at all. At the end of the day - would not recommend to my worst enemy.

ReliaQuest is a meat grinder for BDRs. You either get promoted quickly or you never get promoted. You can hit your numbers and if they "don't like you", you will get fired.
