Enterprise-grade solution in a competitive market, complex sale. Sales reps are well compensated and given a lot of responsibility. As a remote employee, the team culture and communication could be better. Sales engineers are top notch.

Unrealistic quotas that are not attainable. The quotas don’t match the inbounds no marketing. Sales reps are 100% responsible for their own pipeline.
