The sales org is honestly a mess. Every 3 months new processes and new barriers presented. Quota is unattainable. A high base but 75% of org does not come hit even 50% of goal. Their async work life balance is not a really applied in the day to day. If people are not being let go on pips then they are quitting.

Qutoa's inflated, commission is very poor for AM's. Targets not realistic, product market fit in products outside EOR weak at best.
