Current Employee3.9Aug 8, 2025Very good base salaries and the managers are all awesome, however the training and compensation structure leaves a lot to be desired. Solid company overall but the product leans more on the "Service" part of SaaS vs the "Software". We are more of a solutions and services company that operates with a software interface. Overall, enjoying my time here.
