The org had a lot of potential but the sales motion is immature and leadership is poor. There is no real understanding what works and management relies on the very few top performers to show them how to go outbound. As SDRs your workflow is constantly being effective by sporadic management changes.

- very high turnover in staff - very low employee morale due to poor culture and communication - constant product changes, department reorganisations and employee firings lead to instability and distract from doing good work - company rating on various review sites has tanked as a result
