Tons of executive turnover, lots of nepotism in my time there. New leadership supposedly is better but the product is 2 years behind in development because they let go the engineering team to make it look better for IPO/Sale - neither of which happened. Then after 2 years unsuccessfully doing that they realized they were far behind in product and rushed some upgrades out. Most of the talent here has left.

The people here are outstanding, and if you get lucky, compensation can be pretty solid. There's an overall issue with inflexibility within the org to solve systemic issues with the sales tech, salesforce being especially clunky and messy. But if you settle down for the long haul and have patience, upward movement seems possible and rewarding.
