New leadership supposedly is better but the product is 2 years behind in development because they let go the engineering team to make it look better for IPO/Sale - neither of which happened. There's an overall issue with inflexibility within the org to solve systemic issues with the sales tech, salesforce being especially clunky and messy. But if you settle down for the long haul and have patience, upward movement seems possible and rewarding.
