Company has become directionless. Sales org really lost its way after a sales leader really took the culture off the tracks. Seemed clear he was in over his skis and all he could do was drive with fear and punishment. High turn over, most people unhappy with expectations for sales reps to do as much outbound as the sdr/BDR teams.

Overall my experience was less than desirable. The company is trying to grow as much as humanly possible which means there are growing pains and a ton of gaps. Leadership has no idea how to sell the product, unrealistic expectations for SMB segment, very expensive product for SMB. I would say that that enterprise or mid-market would be the sweet spot.
