Former Employee My experience at R365 was challenging due to inconsistent leadership and a lack of clear, uniform standards for success. While some sales reps were supported and retained despite missing quota for extended periods, others (myself included) faced undermining management practices that made it difficult to succeed. Leadership sometimes singled out individual reps in front of prospects, which hurt credibility and damaged opportunities. Processes, such as deal flow and payroll deal handling, often slowed down sales cycles and made it harder to meet goals. The sales culture lacked consistency, with certain employees receiving second chances or even being rehired quickly after layoffs, while others were pushed out despite similar or stronger performance.
