Current Employee XDR’s are held to a golden standard requiring extreme metrics that don’t equal to achieving their quota. 0 pay out under 50%, but uncapped at the top for the few favorites who have the best alignment. Little to no alignment with AE managers leaving little room for promotions and XDR’s frequently being taken off opportunities/meeting. Turn over is incredibly high across the whole company. AE’s have a 6 month ramp, yet XDR’s are hired and fired like the wind blows. Browse Other Reviews
