Since joining Restaurant365, I’ve experienced both strong support and a rapidly evolving environment. R365 continues to broaden its platform, expanding from its core in restaurant-specific accounting into more advanced inventory controls, operational tools, workforce training, and payroll/HR. This evolution, combined with a competitive surge in the restaurant tech space, has created both opportunity and pressure to differentiate. Internally, the company has undergone leadership changes, sales-org restructuring, and budget adjustments across SMB to Enterprise. Field sales has moved heavily toward phone-based outreach, and the broader team has navigated shifts following the July layoffs. At the same time, there has been a renewed emphasis on customer success, retention, and strengthening implementation and support processes, helping reinforce long-term value for customers. Despite these challenges, I’ve been set up to succeed. Strong onboarding, and active support from leadership enabled me to quickly gain traction. I earned MVP of my new-hire class, achieved 300%+ of quota in Q2, 500%+ in Q3, and have already surpassed full quota for Q4. I’m also on track for a President’s Club. These results reflect consistency, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering value in a shifting landscape.
