Current Employee R365 has a strong product with clear market demand, but the internal environment has been challenging. After the company’s layoff earlier this year, morale dropped significantly and hasn’t bounced back. Quota attainment is extremely low across the team, and targets don’t reflect the current market conditions or the operational bottlenecks reps are dealing with.
Communication from leadership is inconsistent, priorities shift frequently, and there isn’t a reliable, repeatable process that supports consistent performance. Most reps feel pressure without the corresponding resources or clarity to succeed.
