Current Employee Unfortunately, right now is the worst time to get in with the organization. About a 10% RIF occurred (100 employees) earlier this month, and the entirety of the sales org has bend scrambled up with leaders switching teams, some teams getting scrapped entirely, and pressure from higher ups immediately to produce.
This product is extremely tough as it is to sell in the smb space. This is a complex platform that is also VERY expensive and challenging to implement.
Their GTM strategy is unclear. It is asked that you complete a discovery call, followed by multiple solutions engineer calls, and then a proposal call; sometimes even for single unit locations.
In a transactional world of smb, this doesn't make sense and now the org is backtracking and making changes all around that don't seem for the better. The comp plan wasn't inspiring before the RIF and because Quota is so hard to attain, most reps don't even come close to advertised OTE.
Ultimately, this company has tried to race to IPO and invested tons of cash from its latest funding round into the smb space only to watch it backfire.
