The base pay is good, and the product itself works well in the right market. But there’s been a lot of restructuring, and only a few teams get most of the inbound leads, which have way higher close rates. XDR’s are held to a golden standard requiring extreme metrics that don’t equal to achieving their quota. 0 pay out under 50%, but uncapped at the top for the few favorites who have the best alignment.
