Current Employee My experience at this company has been deeply troubling. Drug use during work hours is common—even inside the office—and often involves leadership. Alcohol is consumed openly during the day and at work events, creating a reckless and unsafe environment. Sexual relationships between executives and junior staff are an open secret, leading to favoritism and promotions based on intimacy rather than merit. This behavior is normalized, not addressed. Professionalism is sidelined, boundaries are nonexistent, and success often depends on participating in this toxic culture. It’s unethical, demoralizing, and mentally exhausting to endure.
