Former Employee Thinking of joining Ricoh Australia? If your dream is to work with folks who’ve been here since the fax machine era and plan to retire at their desk — look no further.
There’s no onboarding, no proper training, and you’re expected to sell every product from day one without ever receiving your account list or commission structure (both still “under review”). Want to know what Digital Automation is? So do they — despite selling it, no one actually understands it, especially the reps who proudly sell a printer every three years and act like they invented sales.
The ego-fuelled “veterans” will happily throw you under the bus, especially if you ask a question or—God forbid—try to modernize anything.
And yes, even for the decent DA products, there’s no CRM — everything runs on Excel spreadsheets, which is ironic considering they’re selling digital transformation.
If you value structure, innovation, or being supported in your role — this place will drain your soul. If you’re looking to retire in place while pretending to understand tech… welcome home
