Former Employee A few of the individual business units that are able to operate somewhat autonomously are doing just "okay", while the rest of the company continues to struggle with transitioning from a commodities sales organization to a solutions/services based sales organization.
In an attempt to address this, some significant executive management changes have taken place over through 2022-2023. Unfortunately, these changes seem to have just placed different people doing the same thing, instead of transitioning The Company to succeed in the current tech marketplace.
The incoming executive management appears to have been somewhat effective with decreasing costs, particularly salaries/wages. However, increasing solutions/services revenues to offset declining commodities revenues does not appear to have been accomplished.
