This is a mature company with an extensive product and customer base. Growth is now being "achieved" by poaching competitive customers, cutting costs and comp and moving into areas the company isn't comfortable or competent in, usually by bying small companies and attempting to scale up. Delivery is week, Marketing does not market and sales management is cowed by Sales Operations. It's not good, the bones are there but upper middle management needs a good clean out.

The company is great to work for. They restructured back in 2017 and have only been growing since. Excellent culture and work life balance. Compensation could be slightly better, I’d say it’s a bit below market

Company took care if it's sales teams last year. This year quotas are all raised, so it's tough to achieve OTE. Still a good place though
