Former Employee3.3Dec 7, 2023My overall experience was positive but each year as a Major Account Rep reduced commissions to core products and some years in the highlighted services/solutions. Overall as I passed 5+ years in the role I was doing 2.5-3x in revenue to make the same as my second year.

Current Employee3.6Feb 26, 2024The company is great to work for. They restructured back in 2017 and have only been growing since. Excellent culture and work life balance. Compensation could be slightly better, I’d say it’s a bit below market
