Current Employee Compensation is above market rate and quotas are segment dependent but overall achievable. For the majority of teams hitting or exceeding your OTE is realistic if you are willing to give up work life balance and can handle the pressure and micromanagement.
This is the most intense organization I have been a part of and the most stressed out workforce I have ever seen but if you are very money driven the org is rewarding.
