Current Employee2.1Feb 6, 2025Avoid the SDR org at all costs, much better set-ups else where. Very tough role with little to no support other than crazy metrics and wild micro management. This was my first outbound role and it’s made me consider my whole sales career. Senior leaders point fingers and don’t hold themselves accountable for anything.
