Current Employee While Rippling could be a great company down the track, I’d steer clear of the Australia Org for the next couple of years
The infrastructure is bare-bones, and the product hasn’t hit the mark for the Australian market yet, making sales a real slog. There’s minimal support and not much appetite for change, which makes things pretty tough
Rippling has strong potential to fill a real gap in the mid-market space once they address resourcing and product issues
I don’t see them being competitive in SMB. It feels like Rippling doesn’t really understand Australian small businesses, their needs, or how they are structured. The market is already crowded with software companies that nail their value propositions
For SDRs, this could be a bit of a trap if you’re aiming for an AE role within a couple of years. Limited product-market fit in SMB means progression opportunities are almost non-existent
The team is fantastic, but the high pressure and constant hurdles mean everyone’s pretty stressed, which makes it hard for a strong culture to shine through
If you love a challenge and can handle the heat, it might work for you but for most, it’s probably worth holding off
