Former Employee Pros: good pay for the role, snacks, free lunch, nice co workers.
Cons: Very poor experience. Extreme micromanagement. Delusional expectations. Culture of fear. Good software but the product is not as good as it’s made out to be. Customers have lots of issues on the backend with taxes and operational support. Constant gaslighting and enablement that doesn’t do anything other than pat the backs of folks not actually doing the cold calls. 1/10 reps make it to another role. Luck plays heavily into your ability to succeed here. Org fires reps every month.
