Current Employee Changing work environment. Used to be more of a family feel now it’s just a numbers game. No regard to human relationships, potential, etc. If you don’t hit quota your gone. High stress environment. Great product, training, and internal support though. Nice office with snacks, etc. Some great people but many are dropping like flies due to what seems to be an overly strict pip plan structure. Rumor has it that will change but a shame to see the high quality employees who have been released from duty.
