I'd spend time looking at other companies. They try to promote a good culture but actions speak louder I think this org is missing consistency, honesty and good business practices.

Route boasts potential for earning through accelerators during interviews, but few reps actually achieve OTE. Many mid-tier performers are terminated monthly so quota attainment looks great.
