Internal politics are big here. You have to know how to navigate this or else you’ll drown. Compensation is very competitive. Unrealistic expectations from management. Lots of training opportunities but it’s nearly impossible to take advantage of them because of the work load. Management blames individual contributors for not achieving targets instead of offering support.
