SAP have under invested and destroying through pure greed for margins and profits vs doing the right thing for customers or it’s employees what was a great pace to work. Business is run by people who do not understand SaaS or Cloud software businesses or the market. Expect employee churn to get higher in next 6 months. Processes and tools are the worst seen in a sw company. Customers would freak out if they knew what was really going on internally. Pay is ok but you really earn it.

What used to be a great place, has gone downhill so quickly. Blatant favoritism from leadership. If you brown nose, you will get more leads. Used to truly be a fun place to work, and now almost every rep I know is at least thinking of leaving. Role is 90% luck of who gets a good inbound.
