Regular sales enablement sessions; company used to consistently provide sales training and other one off sessions for professional development, however these sessions have decreased. There are programs within SAP to promote career growth and gain exposure into other parts of the SAP business.

SAP cares more about controlling revenue than growing revenue. This has led many poor decisions like capping commissions earnings. The ELT seems to be an echo chamber: 2024 innovation award for operations led to LOWER pipeline generation but it was easier to report on. No training for sales.
