The Firm is ok to work for but most of the Team will never meet quota due to low demand and very complex solution to sell. Company only lives of the success from the last 20 years. Promising new solution on the way but the clients would rather stick with the old therefore no urgency to switch.

My time here was a time of a lot of growth for me, it really came down to having the right manager and when that changed is when I decided to leave. Great people at the company

The SLED market has a very weak market fit as it relates to products and pricing. The culture from leadership is toxic.
