I found that it was horrible training - we learned how to prospect through weeks of common sense being told to us in hours long sessions, but weren’t given ANY tools. huge boys club and horribly unprofessional environment - not in a fun way but in a leadership plays extreme favorites way.

Leads aren’t really given, you are expected to break into new accounts on your own. The compensation model was really great, but for a lot of people, the change they made for 2025 compensations has affected what I expect to bring home drastically this year.
