My overall experience was great until the new fiscal year came and each account was tagged with a 30% growth rate no matter the account. If you close a huge deal on a small account, good luck with the huge quota next year, no chance on quota relief. The talk for internal growth is there, but only if you are 100% to plan every month for 12+ months the company sees you as a leader.
