This used to be such a great company; but Thai began hiring new leadership in late 2019 and by 2022 that new leadership decided that SHI is not a VAR but rather a transactional resellers. AE pay was decimated, cut by almost 80% when I left at the end of 2023. But the real failure is SHI no longer values its own customers. Everything is about a single "Transaction" now. Doing the right thing for the customer is gone.

Great company, it is what you make it with your desire to break into new accounts. If you’re lucky enough to be handed current customers it’s a breeze.

Really awful place. Accounts are dispersed by favouritism and management is absolutely atrocious. You WILL get bullied by management and pressured into a corner and you won’t be able to get a say on anything. Looks like big negative changes in the next 18 months too so I’d run away if you can.
