I found that it was horrible training - we learned how to prospect through weeks of common sense being told to us in hours long sessions, but weren’t given ANY tools. huge boys club and horribly unprofessional environment - not in a fun way but in a leadership plays extreme favorites way.

Current Employee2.0Oct 27, 2023Limited potential to earn. Terrible comp and base. 10% or 20% of gm based on quota attainment. No accelerators. Most spiffs are converted to gm and only paid out quarterly at the 10 or 20% rate. (the company steals 90 or 80% of the spiffs)
