Shi has been great so far. There is so much to learn and a focus on being providing value for our customers. SHI has a great company culture, couldn’t recommend enough so far.

My overall experience was positive for someone trying to learn sales and get their feet wet. You’ll meet some great people here and the company culture is overall very solid. Although there is room for professional growth, the comp plan just did not seem in line with market value.

This used to be such a great company; but Thai began hiring new leadership in late 2019 and by 2022 that new leadership decided that SHI is not a VAR but rather a transactional resellers. AE pay was decimated, cut by almost 80% when I left at the end of 2023. But the real failure is SHI no longer values its own customers. Everything is about a single "Transaction"...Read More
