You can be successful in the role if placed in the right region and provided with good resources. The position is a commission-first role, as the salary is meant purely to keep you afloat. The wide variety of products gives you a lot to sell, but no direction; success is based on the use of the resources provided to you.

run far away, company needs to be restructured from the top to bottom. Management and leadership is out of touch and not aligned with the day to day tasks of account executives.
