Great company to start out your tech sales career, and overall been a stable job even through covid. I think they only laid off 1% of staff during that time. Only draw back is that they have cut back on compensation for new roles within SHI. Some of the roles were reduced by 30% OTE compared to what they were a few years ago.

I was at SHI for 13 months covering 2 enterprise accounts. The management expertise was not of strong value, and was very budget limited for 90% of customer trips that would have shown commitment and value to existing and new footprints to expand in strategic accounts.

Training is non-existent and base pay is incredibly low. Quota is increased severely each year, and over earning causes even more quota increase in the next year.
