My overall experience here has been a really positive one. It's a great place to start a career in IT Sales and I've learned more in five plus years here than I would at most OEM's. The first three to four years are great in a sales role, but long term you either have to switch roles, move to leadership, or switch companies to earn what you do at your peak in year two-four.

My experience at SHI was great overall. I worked in Partner Relationship space and got to work with a lot of major OEMs and the sales teams within SHI. The upper leadership seems to do a really good job of operating the company and making sure it performs well even in very adverse economical conditions.
