The Canadian division of this Organization differs drastically from its US operations. There is a high salespeople turnover. Though ample vendor training is provided.

Its Club, you better play the corporate game right away. They like people who value culture over pay. They set unattainable goals and keep people who they like whether they hit those goals or not. Company does not invest in anything to add value to its customers and heavily micro manages its employees. Learned nothing during my time here. Seems as though leadership is just waiting to go public.

Enjoying the experience so far. Dealing with SLED can sometimes be exhausting due to economic change and price increases. Overall happy. Good company. Good team. Good work/life balance. Ever changing environment.
