Enjoying the experience so far. Dealing with SLED can sometimes be exhausting due to economic change and price increases. Overall happy. Good company. Good team. Good work/life balance. Ever changing environment.

Overall a great organization, but tough to succeed in a competitive reseller space. Low base salary, works well if you build up a good book of business, but if you don’t then you are destined to not make very much money.

This place was great right out of college and gives a great base knowledge for the tech world but they really don’t care about their employees. Thai Lee is kind of a clueless boomer. I expect turnover to keep getting higher and higher as they don’t keep their wages competitive.

Really bad management, base pay, leadership, and development. Once you are in the role, they do not care unless you sell more. They force you to do awful baseline trainings reserved for people who just entered the IT space for the first time. They will give you no benefits or perks that are not sponsored by other vendors, ever.
