Highly toxic environment for reps. New incentive gates without proper resources and margin "fees" are costing reps thousands of dollars per quarter. If resource are added, many now take a portion of GM for their team away from rep. Middle management has no power and doesn't help in meaningful ways.

Been working here a few months, in a newer category (field). Amazing boss, hard job but if you work hard you will get everything you've ever wanted.
